Yes. For standard, non-custom products, you have 14 days from the day after delivery to let us know that you would like to cancel your purchase. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom binders are made specifically according to your requested design and specifications. Because these products are individually created for you, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. We will always confirm the details of your custom order before production begins.
