Our Products

Xenoguard specializes in collectible card accessories, including Pokémon card binders, card storage products, and related accessories.

We aim to provide high-quality products designed for collectors and enthusiasts. Product descriptions and images are provided to give you an accurate representation of our products. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing variations.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed separately during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information in the event of an obvious error on our website.

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed the order and received payment.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, for example because a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a refund for any amount already paid for the affected product.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. However, if your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us so that we can assist you.
